Darby Kramer: President/Sales and Engineering Manager
Darby has over 13 years of Industrial Maintenance experience across several different industries including Food and Beverage and Medical Device. His experience includes time as a Maintenance Technician, Controls Technician, Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Supervisor, Reliability Engineer and Maintenance Manager. He holds several professional certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional, and several Fluid Power Specialist Certifications. Darby has a passion for continuous improvement and asset reliability that he brings to every project that DMI works on. As the Sales Leader for DMI Darby understands the importance of people and building relationships, as opposed to approaching sales from a transactional perspective.
